Shipping

We ship all CAHAIA orders from our studio in New York City and do our best to get your pieces to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing times

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days.
  • During busy periods, please allow up to 7 business days for processing.
  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping rates & options

  • Domestic (U.S.) Shipping: We offer standard shipping via USPS or UPS, which typically arrives within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
  • Expedited Shipping: Need it sooner? Select an expedited option at checkout.
  • International Shipping: We currently ship to select countries, international delivery times and rates will be calculated at checkout. Please note that customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your package’s journey.

Lost or delayed packages

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, once a package leaves our studio, it’s in the hands of the carrier.
If your order is delayed or marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please reach out to the carrier first, and then email us at cahaia@cahaiaculture.com; we will do our best to help.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order. We can’t be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Local pickup

If you are in NYC, we may offer local pickup from our studio. Just email us before placing your order to coordinate availability.
