Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your CAHAIA pieces. However, if something isn’t quite right, we are happy to help with a return or exchange.

Eligibility

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging (including pouches and or boxes).
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at cahaia@cahaiaculture.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If your order qualified for free shipping, a small return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange for a different color, let us know in your email. We will do our best to accommodate your request, depending on stock availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged or incorrect for any reason, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at cahaia@cahaiaculture.com, and we will make it right as quickly as possible.
