How a CAHAIA handbag comes to life

Each CAHAIA handbag begins its journey with a single vinyl record, a symbol of sound, memory, and preservation.

We collaborate with local designers to create custom vinyl labels that capture the music and spirit of the region behind each collection. Once designed, these labels are sent to our partner factory in Europe, where vintage records are recycled and transformed into upcycled vinyls, keeping sustainability at the heart of every piece.

From there, the records travel to our handbag atelier, where craftsmanship meets storytelling. Each vinyl is carefully prepared, pressed with holes for stitching, and paired with leathers and fabrics chosen to reflect the emotion and rhythm of its origin. Through this process, every CAHAIA handbag becomes a tangible piece of culture — crafted with intention, made to be carried with meaning.
